| NEWS UPDATES... Ne The Birth of Field 42 Field 42 is in the process of being built and prepared for the North House. Our hope is that the apparatus will be in bay by June 2009. Here are some photos: County Parade: The County Firefighter Parade is in Newtown on June 13, 2009. Anyone interested in going to march or ride needs to sign up on the white board in the communications room. New Mascots: Many thanks to John Rizzo for his paint work on our new dalmatians and to Paolini's Cast Cement Company for the donation of the new dogs. Community Bulletin: Route 32 is now open south of Riegelsville between Route 611 and the Indian Rock Inn. A grand re-opening ceremony was held along the road on October 24... A New Ride... Station 42 is in receipt of a 1996 Chevy Tahoe from Northampton Fire Company, soon to be the new Special Service 42; and also a 2001 Chevy Tahoe which will be put in service as the new Chief 42 vehicle.
