| ATTENTION PLEASE... 9-1-1 Dispatcher needs your help... March 17, 2008 Dear Sir or Madam: Please allow me to introduce you to Kristie Pugh. She is a single, bright and cheerful 31 year old woman, with a 9 year career working as a POLICE/FIRE/911 Dispatcher in the County of Bucks. Unexpectedly, she has been diagnosed with breast cancer and currently is early in her treatment. Even though great advancements have been made, Kristie's condition will make for a lifelong battle of physical and emotional strength. As you can imagine, Kristie is already experiencing great financial burdens and obstacles. With hopes to help ease these financial burdens and mounting medical bills, her friends, coworkers and family have scheduled several fund raising events and have opened a "For Benefit" account in her name. It is with great hopes that we respectfully request your assistance with donations for these events. Please contact us if you are in a position to donate, whether monetarily or through your products and services. All monetary donations can be made by mailing a check or money order directly to the bank or the contact below for deposit into her FBO account. All donations of products and/or services should be in hand by Friday, May 31 to be used in conjunction with these fund raising events. Thank you for your consideration and your donation would be greatly appreciated! Sincerely, Karen Machado 2458 Croydon Ct. Bensalem, PA 19020 (215) 741-3590 |
