3/2/2010 Box 42 QRS

Utility 42 dispatched at 8:15 pm to a residence on Red
Bridge Road, responding to an anaphylactic shock call.
Patient care was provided until Medic 141 arrived and then
assistance was given to transport the patient to the
ambulance.

3/3/2010 Williams Township FAST
___________________________________________________________________
Rescue 42 was dispatched at 1435 hours to Durham Road
and Coffeetown Road in Williams Township. The apparatus
was recalled two minutes later.

3/8/2010 Box 42-29 Extinguished Dwelling Fire
___________________________________________________________________
Engine 42 and Engine 42-1 were dispatched along with Quint
40 to a residence on Valley View Road in Durham Township
for an extinguished dwelling fire with burn victim. Rescue
42 and Tanker 42 responded along with Medic 141. Quint 40
set up an LZ for Pennstar and the victim was airlifted from
the scene.

3/9/2010 Box 40-12 Dwelling Fire

Engine 42 dispatched along with Engine 40, Quint 40, NC 61-
31, Tanker 40, Rescue 18 and Medic 141 to a fire in a
dwelling on Bartakovits Way in Springfield Township.
